About Cala Lily

Cala Lily is centrally located in the North Hills township of Gibsonia — a short thirty minute drive from Pittsburgh, Cranberry, Butler and Monroeville make this a favorite stop for the people in the know — Cala Lily is a feast for the senses, an artistic medley of modern and Mediterranean cuisine in an intimate, simple yet elegant setting. From the mouth watering Pablano Chile stuffed with Drunken Goats cheese to the Cornmeal-Parmesan encrusted "Wild Caught” Cod Steak broiled with Garlic Lemon Butter and Spicy Creme Fraiche to our amazing "Lily" dessert a chocolate dipped truffle ice-cream in a bath of Chambord liqoure topped with whipped cream, the complex and sumptuous menu never fails to delight.

A Blending of Culinary Cultures take the freshest ingredients from the land and waters
that are around you.

Use the wisdom and experience that comes
from the great kitchens of the world.

Practice, Experiment, Blend and fuse, Create and Innovate.…and that’s what The Cala Lily is all about

Chef Rick Rivero, born in Spain, traveled extensively
throughout culinary Europe and America; listening,
learning and developing new concepts and ideas.

He joined with businessman Paul Anzaldi, and they brought in Ron Jelinek and a kitchen team that has worked together over 30 years.

From all of this came Euro-American cuisine,
a blending of culinary cultures.

Simple and elegant...like the Cala Lily

Chef Rivero and Mr. Anzaldi, along with their entire
staff want only one thing from you…

Your enjoyment of their offerings.

They will always be at your service.
